The Reserve Bank Process

The overall goal of this project is to activate dormant historical property and beautify a major intersection using energy efficient and sustainable interior modifications, and landscaping. Create anchor in the northwest corner of the Virginia Park Neighborhood spurring additional investment and growth. Filling demand for leasable space within the growing local creative economy will help other investors see the potential in the area. We also have long term plans to develop community programs that will lend tools and provide education for residents on the subject of home improvements and gardening.
